words to ponder when you ponder who to vote for

"the ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral, begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy. instead of diminishing evil, it multiplies it. through violence you murder the hater, but you do not murder hate. in fact, violence merely increases hate....returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend."

"a nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual death.""

DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.

you obanamous, you are not only getting to be a bother you can not seem to tell the truth. "idolizes" you are so full of shit. quit writing. go away. you have been wrong on everything. you put words in my mouth and then disagree with what i didn't say in the first place. go away.

now you put words in obama's mouth that he didn't say. go away.

ponder that you need to get a life. maybe you will find it when you go away.

you call obama names and hide behind false names yourself. go away.

you argue only to argue. go away.

the south carolina primary must have really pissed you off. lol.

let me repeat: GO AWAY. GO BOTHER SOMEONE ELSE.

The SC results did not surprise me, but the margin did. Obama looks like a bona fide front-runner, with a lot more delegates to be had that resemble those in SC.

Now, the question is, what if any damage have the Dems done to the party with the infighting?

Remember, JFK called LBJ a Nazi (or something like that) when they were seeking the nomination in 1960. Still, the party's elder statesman and easily the current face of the party engaging in a public whip-your-cock-out contest isn't exactly the ideal situation.

ah, but i have a history with that particular poster. it is very personal on their part. if i said the sun came up in the east, well, you know the rest. but your comment is well taken. and i am sure well meant.

i do want people's opinions but there is a difference between opinion and name calling and between thoughtful dialogue and made up stories or inaccurate quotes. i have never erased anyone's post from my blog nor will i. but, by the same token, i cannot let someone just MAKE SHIT UP AND POST IT AS TRUTH WITHOUT COMMENT ON MY PART. know what i mean? people don't make me hot under the collar, lies do.
